Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Physical Products

Skydawn Game Studios does not house any physical inventory. Our RPG books, supplements, and other accessories are sent via our distribution partners. Each of our partners has their own policies. For easier access, these are linked below.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Instructions on how to return items are issued upon a return request to the distributor.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or to Skydawn Game Studios.

Digital Products

Digital products and services are exempt from being returned. This includes PDFs, downloadable software, digital coupons, and virtual tabletop accessories.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. There are certain situations where a full refund would not be issued:

  • Products on sale or purchased with a discount code/coupon will only receive a refund at the discounted price.
  • Products purchased with a digital promotion (such as a free PDF download or digital coupon) cannot be refunded if the promotional item has already been received. In special circumstances, a partial refund may instead be issued.

Refund Notification

Once the above stipulations are met, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
